It can grow in full shade to full sun, can be trained into shapes, and with proper care, it is likely to survive for several years.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bamboo palm<\/strong> (also known as a reed palm), is a great choice they say, because it doesn\u2019t like too much direct sun and it has \u201cthe added benefit of aiding in the removal of harmful elements such as benzene and formaldehyde.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Dragon Tree<\/strong> has a cool name and HGTV says, \u201cWith a leaf color that ranges from green to purple, this plant would be a gorgeous addition indoors or outdoors.
